Word of mouth is one of the most powerful techniques for delivering sales/advertising/marketing success for brands today. The client I am working with is a leading global specialist in WOM marketing, and a passionate advocate of the value of sustained and authentic brand conversations. They help companies understand why word of mouth should be at the heart of every aspect of their advertising.
They are looking for a senior creative director who can take overall responsibility for their creative process and lead their team in building great WOM activation ideas.
The role is fascinating and fast paced. The person coming in will be expected to take overall leadership of the creative process, from ideation through to final execution. They will work in collaboration with their team and want to harness all the talent to evolve creative into sure-fire, tangible, business benefits.
Candidates looking at this opportunity should be deeply embedded in social media and have a passion for culture, psychology and people.
The agency is looking for at least 3 years senior creative and client facing experience in the person coming on board, as well as a background that demonstrates knowledge of how FMCG brands integrate social media and mobile, as well as more traditional integrated channels, to deliver the kinds of engaging solutions required.
For the agency everything revolves around being able deliver content and engaging consumer experiences. Candidates will be expected to have experience in design and know their way around Creative Suite. If this sounds interesting (it is!), ping me a note at tim@timothcreative.com or call me on 07710 419 702 and I’ll fill you in.

About Timothy Creative Talent Consultancy's blog
Hello and welcome to my blog(s).
In my role as a talent strategist and career coach (currently with The Talent Business in London), I work with creative people on an individual and personal basis, helping them to understand their unique skills and, as a result, find them their perfect job.
My clients are integrated/360 & digital agencies and they take me to the heart of their businesses, share their vision and goals, and then work with me to evolve how they manage their recruitment, search, talent management or departmental succession planning.
My service isn't a volume-driven or 'one size fits all' approach. My goal is to deliver a service that is individual, tailored and reflects the needs of those I represent and work for. And I work on the premise that everyone will be a candidate at some point in their lives, so I treat people the way I want to be treated.
I work on both retained and contingency assignments.
In my past life I have worked both for agencies and clientside in senior client service & marketing positions. I have gained extensive integrated marcomms and campaign experience - particularly within the financial services, not-for-profit, B2B, travel and FMCG sectors.
In addition to my day job, I also work with advertising degree students, coaching them on portfolio preparation, interview training and best practice networking. And I am currently studying for my coaching diploma, so that I am able to offer an even deeper & accredited service.
Specialities: retained search, contingency recruitment, succession planning, talent attraction & talent acquisition strategies, career coaching; delivering career opportunities for creatives across the integrated/360 & digital agency spectrum.
If you are interested in finding out a little more about what I do and whether I can help, please get in touch. I'll be very happy to hear from you.
