I am looking for a creative team who have a passion and flair for producing conceptual 360 and response-driven campaigns that work throughout the media-mix – be it dm, experiential, social media, digital, ambient or radio.
The agency concerned is an independent specialist in producing response-driven advertising and marketing campaigns for a broad client base that includes an airline, a coffee chain and stationer! Under the leadership of one of the industry’s most highly regarded ECDs, the agency has turned a corner and is delivering very strong work.
This appointment will be made on the back of this growth.
So who are the kind of teams that I am keen to hear from? I want to put forward creatives who are as in love with their craft as they are with ideas. I really do want to see work that exhibits not only the idea, but also the craft of art direction and copy. The chosen team will have gained experience in 360 environments previously and will have varied client and sector experience. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of digital campaign delivery is also very important to show. They will probably have a minimum of 6 years experience and will be thinking about their next move and their first senior position. In time this role will become the lead creative team within the department.

In my past life I have worked both for agencies and clientside in senior client service & marketing positions. I have gained extensive integrated marcomms and campaign experience - particularly within the financial services, not-for-profit, B2B, travel and FMCG sectors.
In addition to my day job, I also work with advertising degree students, coaching them on portfolio preparation, interview training and best practice networking. And I am currently studying for my coaching diploma, so that I am able to offer an even deeper & accredited service.
